Commissions are digital only. No physical items will be shipped.

Clients must be 18 years or older and use an authorized payment method.

The artist reserves the right to accept or decline any commission at their discretion.

Prices may change depending on the complexity of the requested work and intended usage.

Communication must remain within approved platforms, including VGen, email, or the artist’s official social media accounts.

Private communications between the artist and client must not be publicly shared, reposted, or distributed without permission.

These terms may be updated at any time. Clients with existing commissions that are affected by an update will be notified. Continued use of the artwork indicates acceptance of the applicable terms.

Breaking these terms may result in cancellation, refusal of future commissions, or loss of usage rights.

Clients must provide clear, accurate, and legally authorized references.

Clients are expected to respond to messages and revision requests within a reasonable timeframe. If a client becomes unreachable for 30 days, the artist reserves the right to pause or cancel the commission at their discretion, with or without prior notice.

Clients must communicate respectfully. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior may result in cancellation and refusal of future commissions.

Prices are listed in USD and paid through PayPal invoice or VGen. Full payment is required before work begins unless a payment plan has been approved by the artist.

Invoices must be paid within 3 days, otherwise the order may be canceled. Clients are responsible for reviewing the total price, additional fees, and applicable licenses before paying.

Payment plans may be discussed for larger projects but are not guaranteed. A partial upfront payment is required, and includes a non-refundable flat fee.

Discounts cannot be transferred to another person or combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.

Payment plans may be offered for larger commissions at the artist’s discretion. Each installment must be at least $100, with a $5 fee added to the total. The commission is normally split into two payments of 50%, with the first payment due before work begins and the remaining payment due after sketch approval and before further work begins.

Work will pause while an installment is overdue and will resume once the outstanding payment is received. The $5 fee is non-refundable.

Work begins after payment is confirmed, and standard commissions take approximately 3 to 12 weeks depending on workload and complexity.

Turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed deadlines unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon.

The artist will provide progress updates when applicable. SKEB and YCH commissions may have limited or no updates and may also have limited or no revisions.

Standard commissions include up to 3 major sketch revisions. Major revisions change the pose, composition, character concept, or other major elements, while minor revisions cover small changes such as colors, details, or positioning.

Additional revisions may cost extra, and major changes requested after sketch approval may be declined or require an additional fee.

Clients should carefully review the sketch before approving it, as approval confirms that the major elements are ready for further work.

Final files are delivered through email or Google Drive as PNG or GIF, depending on the commission. PSD, layered, source, and working files are not included.

Download links remain available for 1 month after delivery, after which the client is responsible for having a saved copy of the files.

The final artwork may have minor differences from previews due to rendering or technical differences.

The artist may share work-in-progress previews and finished artwork publicly unless an NDA has been purchased.

Sliceofi retains full copyright and ownership of all artwork. Purchasing a commission grants the client permission to use the artwork according to these terms but does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Personal-use artwork may not be used commercially without the appropriate license. Usage rights may not be transferred, resold, or sublicensed to another person or business.

The artwork may not be used for AI training, AI datasets, machine learning, scraping, or NFTs, and may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or claimed as the client’s own work.

The artwork may not be traced, substantially edited, or used for impersonation, defamatory purposes, or misleading purposes without permission.

Removing the artist’s signature or watermark is also prohibited. Cropping for profile pictures, layouts, or formatting is allowed.

A commercial license grants limited permission to use the artwork for the specific approved purpose and license tier selected at the time of purchase. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Use beyond the approved license requires additional permission and fees.

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered if the artist has not started working on the commission. Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable, and no refund will be given after sketch approval.

Partial refunds may be considered if no sketch progress has been made after 3 months.

If the client stops responding for 30 days, the artist may cancel the commission without a refund.

Clients should contact the artist to resolve payment concerns before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in cancellation, loss of usage rights, and refusal of future commissions.

The artist is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by the use of the artwork.
