By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

⌗ ⌞ GENERAL ⌝

· Commissions are digital copies and for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed. No physical copy will be shipped. If you would like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please inform me prior to starting the commission.
· Listed prices are starting prices, and are subject to change. Additional charges apply depending on the complexity and availability.
· I retain my rights to decline commission requests I am not comfortable with.
· Note that there might be a modification of colors or features because of my art style. If you feel unsure, feel free to ask.
· I do not do the following: furry, mecha, explicit NSFW, elderly, graphic design, NFT.
· I reserve the right to change and/or update my terms without prior notice. If your commission has been accepted before the change, then your commission will not be affected.
· I will not be held responsible if the commissioner has not or did not read the terms of my service.

⌗ ⌞ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ⌝

· Payment must be paid in full upfront before I start any commission work.
· Payment is through VGen's built-in payment channels.
· Refunds may only be granted if the commission has not been started. However, this only applies if it has been over a month after the invoice was paid and I have not started on it yet.
· No refunds on YCHs unless I am unable to proceed with the commission.
· I do not allow chargebacks or cancellations unless I'm personally unable to finish your commission.

⌗ ⌞ DEADLINES & DELIVERY ⌝

· Turnaround time may take 3-12 weeks or more ( from the moment I begin sketching ) depending on the queue, commission, and personal schedule.
· I appreciate it if you do not rush me with commissions. If you have a deadline to meet, you can apply for a rush commission ( ET within 14 business days, depending on the scale of the commission).
· YCH commissions are skeb-like type of commissions. There will be minimal contact unless I have details I need to be clarified.
· Work in progress updates will be sent for approval purposes ( regular style commissions ).

⌗ ⌞ REVISIONS ⌝

· Up to 3 major edits can be made during the draft phase of the commission. No major changes allowed when draft has been approved and when the commissioned work is done. Only small changes are allowed such as small coloring/marking mistakes.

⌗ ⌞ USAGE ⌝

· I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, and can post the artworks on any of my social media. If you want to keep a commission work private, let me know beforehand.
· Commissions are digital copies and for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed. No physical copy will be shipped.
· The commissioner is allowed to upload commissions, as long as it is properly credited, but must not claim the art as theirs.
· No NFT. Physical and digital re-distribution is prohibited unless otherwise stated or discussed prior.
· The commissioner is allowed to upload commissions as long as it is properly credited.
· For commercial-use commissions, a fee of about 2x or more (depending on the scale of commercial use) of the non-commercial price will be charged. Credit is still required for the usage of my art. This includes using my art in streaming platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, etc. A base fee might also be offered depending on the commission type offered.

· For inquiries and updates, you may reach me by e-mail ( [email protected] ) or my social media ( Twitter, VGen ). Twitter is where I'm most active.
· I am mostly offline on weekends, I might not be on my phone and won't be able to check messages.
· My timezone is GMT +8. My usual online time is between 10 am - 4 pm, Monday-Friday. I appreciate it if you can please bear with my response time. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
