✿ . all commissions are digital copies only. No physical items will be shipped.
✦ . Listed prices are starting prices, and are subject to change.
✿ . I reserve the right to decline any commission orders at my own discretion. please be guided with my do's and dont's.
✦ . I can not do the following: mecha, explicit NSFW, elderly, and will not do NFT and AI.
✿ . It will take me AT LEAST 3-12 weeks or more to complete a commission depending on the queue, commission type, and personal schedule.
✦ . Commission files will be delivered through a Google Drive Link and will be removed within 1-2 months. please don't forget to save a copy of your files.
✿ . I reserve the right to change and/or update my terms without prior notice. If your commission has been accepted before the change, then your commission will not be affected.
✦ . I will not be held responsible if the client has not or did not read the terms of my service.

»﹒payment

✿ . PaymentS must be MADE in full upfront before I start any commission work.
✦ . PRICES ARE IN USD and payments are to be made through an invoice.
✿ . Payment plans on scene commissions can be discussed but are not guaranteed. Opting for a payment plan will add an interest on the overall payment of the commission. A partial payment is still required.
✦ . Additional charges apply depending on the complexity and extras opted (props, commercial fees, rush fees, etc.)

»﹒revisions

✿ . Up to 3 free major edits can be made during the draft phase of the commission.
✦ . depending on the scale of the revision, no major changes allowed when draft has been approved and when the commissioned work is done.
✿ . Small changes such as small coloring or marking mistakes, are okay.

»﹒updates

✿ . Work in progress (wip) updates will be sent for non-ych commissions.
✦ . YCH commissions will have minimal contact unless I have details I need to be clarified.
✿ . You may check my work queue if you want to keep track of the progress of your commission.

»﹒credits ✦ usage

✿ . commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise discussed and stated in the listing. do not use my works for commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased.
✦ . tiered fees apply for commercial use. commercial fees are applied per usage and per merchandise. Please refer to the Usage Guidelines.
✿ . do not modify or claim the work as your own. Reposting your commissioned work is allowed as long as I get proper and visible credits, such as providing links to my social media, etc.
✦ . I do not authorize any blockchain-related technology use including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency on all my works (commercial and noncommercial). I also do not authorize any of my work for use in artificial learning programs, such as those used to create computer-generated works.

»﹒refund policy

✿ . Refunds may only be granted if the commission has not been started. However, this only applies if it has been over 3 months after the invoice was paid and I have not started on it yet.
✦ . Refunds may not be requested after the sketch has been approved and after the final work has been delivered.
✿ . partial refunds are guaranteed only if i am personally unable to finish the commission.
✦ . Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Fraudulent chargebacks and repeated cancellations of commissions, will result in an immediate blacklist, your loss of any copyright to my work, and a psa.
