This agreement is between myself, sliceofi (the "Artist"), and you (the "Client"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the creation of artwork referred to as the "commission" or "artwork".Failure to follow these Terms may result in refusal of future services and loss of usage rights.The Client is responsible for reading these terms. The Artist is not responsible for overlooked or misunderstood policies. Clients are encouraged to ask questions before placing an order.

✦ . general information

ㆍ Commissions are digital only. No physical items will be shipped.
ㆍ Clients must be 18+ and use an authorized payment method.
ㆍ Communication must remain within approved platforms (VGen, email, official socials).
ㆍ The Artist may accept or decline any commission at discretion.
ㆍ Prices are subject to change based on complexity and usage requirements.
ㆍ Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest version. Clients affected by changes will be notified.

✦ . payment

ㆍ Prices are listed in USD and paid via PayPal invoice or VGen.
ㆍ Full payment is required upfront unless a payment plan is agreed.
ㆍ Invoices must be paid within 3 days or the commission may be canceled.
ㆍ Payment plans may be discussed for larger projects but are not guaranteed. A partial upfront payment is required, and includes a non-refundable flat fee.. .... . .... . .... . .... .

➜ Payment Plans

~minimum $100 per installment + $5 flat fee
› Total cost is split into two payments (50~50): 50% is upfront. 50% after sketch approval before further progress. Work will pause for unpaid balances and will not continue until resolved.

ㆍ All add-on fees are non-refundable and depend on scope and usage.
ㆍ Clients must review all fees before commissioning.
ㆍ Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined unless stated.

› Required for any commercial use. Licenses grant limited usage rights only, do not transfer copyright ownership, and do not permit resale or redistribution of the artwork file.

✦ . process & delivery

ㆍ Work begins after payment confirmation.
ㆍ Estimated turnaround is 3 to 12 weeks depending on workload and complexity.
ㆍ Updates are provided during the process. SKEB and YCH may have limited to no updates and revisions.ㆍ Standard commissions include up to 3 major sketch revisions.
- Major revisions affect pose, composition, or concept.
- Minor revisions cover small adjustments.
- Extra revisions may be declined or charged.ㆍ Files are delivered digitally via email or Google Drive.
ㆍ Files remain available for 1 month. Clients are responsible for storage.
ㆍ Final deliverables are PNG or GIF only. Source files are not included.
ㆍ Previews may be shared unless restricted by NDA. Final results may vary slightly.

✦ . usage & rights

ㆍ Artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.
ㆍ I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork.
ㆍ I may display commissioned work unless restricted by NDA.
ㆍ Usage rights are non-transferable.ㆍ The artwork may not be used for:
- AI training, datasets, scraping, machine learning, or NFTs
- Defamatory, misleading, or impersonating purposesㆍ Editing, tracing, or modification is not allowed without permission.
ㆍ Cropping for layout purposes is allowed.
ㆍ Removal of signatures or watermarks is strictly prohibited.

✦ . client conduct

ㆍ Clients must respond within a reasonable timeframe. Lack of response for 30 days may result in cancellation without refund.
ㆍ Clients must provide accurate and legally owned references. The Artist is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or unauthorized materials.
ㆍ Professional conduct is required. Misconduct may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
ㆍ Client information and communication are treated as confidential unless required for enforcement.

✦ . refunds & liabilities

ㆍ All sales are final. Refunds are only considered if no work has started.
ㆍ Partial refunds may be considered if no sketch progress has been made after 3 months.
ㆍ Once a sketch is approved, the commission becomes non-refundable.
ㆍ The Artist may cancel or refund a commission at any time at discretion.ㆍ Chargebacks or disputes will result in cancellation, loss of rights, and blacklist status.
ㆍ The Artist is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the artwork.

ㆍ Credit to sliceofi is required for all public use.
